Hi Joan, I just wanted to pop a quick mail, (while I'm resting!), to express my thanks to you, C and Dr Tr for the care, compassion and relaxing environment with our transfer today. Maybe third time lucky will work for us, as it certainly was our luck to be introduced to the practice. Your calm and carign nature made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr Trokoudes' warm manner made us feel for the first time that we were not just part of a frenzied cycle of patients, rushed in and out. His procedure completion, so gentle. Finally C, earnest in his desire to help us be successful. If it was crazy behind the sceneres, that was never portrayed.
