I was born with a cleft palate and have had to live with this condition all my life as the hospital staff neglected to offer surgery while I was still a baby. I found it difficult at school and socializing with other people. Even find a job was a challenge. At the age of 26, after saving enough money for surgery, I contacted Sonomar Medical who were recommended to me by a friend. I was very nervous and sweating before my consultation. Joanna from Sonomar Medical made me feel at ease and carefully described the procedure to me. I met my Surgeon, the most wonderful man and he examined me and explained in detail how he was going to operate on me. On the day of my surgery he came to reassure me that all was going to go well. The surgery was a complete success and now I feel like a new person. I am starting conversations and have a lot more self-confidence.
I am still very emotional about the whole experience as I now have a new life. Thank you so much Sonomar from the bottom of my heart - you will be in my thoughts forever. D L Cyprus
