The clinic excudes the perfect combination of respect, professionalism and formality/informality. The atmosphere once past the reception was like one of extended family; the staff were friendly, caring and nuturing. I felt very 'held' through the short process unlike my experience in another clinic previously. Additionally I am Canadian although I now live in London, England and the Canadian nurse and the doctor having trained in Toronto, Canada made me feel right at home! I also really liked that the doctor and nurse came to introduce themselves to me before I went into the theatre made me feel that I was important and respected and not just another member. I was successful and I have a beautiful baby boy. I have every belief that the atmosphere of a clinic and how you are treated does make a difference in the outcome!
